| moderat-e/o-r Location: boston Posts: 11,184 | actually, you mean borrow more money, not reduce taxes.. all of these "tax cuts" have been funded by borrowing - no different than extending your line of credit then maxing the credit card out. the money should go towards paying down the debt. and maybe when we actually get a balanced budget (the miracle that that would be), then we can talk about cutting taxes accompanied by spending cuts. |
