A. Monitor churches, synagogues, temples too. Monitor any place where someone might hide such things, but do it as discreetly and unintrusively as possible. B. If radiation is detected, don't go in with guns ablazing or an attitude. It may have nothing to do with anyone there. Hell, someone might have broke in during the middle of the night and left it there, hidden. Anyone seeking to commit such crimes would probably be less likely to choose a mosque. They would be more likely to go to a church or temple that many wouldn't consider. You hide things where people won't look, not where they probably will. In a similar fashion a terrorist probably would be less likely to hide within the anti-war protest than they would a pro-war rally. It's simple logic. There are far wprse things to concern ourselves with here than random radiation checks. It doesn't even come close to live wires attached to genitals, tapping citizens without even bothering to do the standard FISA after the fact... Correction- Orwell's book didn't happen... yet. I think we may be headed down that path, just as we may be headed towards a "holocaust" with Muslims as the main target. In that regard we are more like the pre-WWII era than any supposed repeat of history. There was plenty of horrific persecution previous to WWII worldwide without any possible oven... etc. connection. Of course what we know and what is actually happening may be quite different.

 I find our "outrage" pretty damn selective. After the Khmer Rouge, a group that damn near made Saddam look saintly, we did little. In fact, we pushed for them to gain more power. We ignore... scratch that... support leaders who boil their victims alive. In fact we did business with and supported Saddam himself while he was doing much of this, and many of the political operatives and hacks who are so "outraged" now... said squat then. I will find sincerity when there is at least equal "outrage" at those who commit far worse atrocities and those who claim to be so offended aren't "outraged" only when it's politically convenient to be so. Otherwise such "outrage" is most likely BS.

| BANNED: Insult-mania Posts: 19 | The Americans have gone too far. What sort of idiot thinks that Muslims will hide nuclear or chemical weapons in their houses and Mosques. Not all Muslims support terrorist groups and they certainly dont hide weapons of mass destruction under their floor boards or in their garden sheds. |
