Probably so, it's a different culture over here. But I do wonder how long this station has had a free hand in operating as a clearly radical outlet.

It seems it has. There is a large population of people who were born in your country who really do not seem to care if they kill civilians in the name of Allah. It is a community I think your law enforcement truly underestimated.

As if stopping free speech will have any effect on terrorism. Then again, crack down hard enough and it will have an effect - terrorism would probably increase.

Hardly 'large', dc. There are a lot of disaffected Muslim youths, I grant you. But how many have actually killed/tried to kill in the name of Allah? Think it's a grand total of 15, if we include the shoe bomber and the 2 guys who went to Israel to become suicide bombers? Out of a population of 50 million plus, it's a drop in the ocean.
