So is this a "truth commission" like in South Africa: you can tell as much truth as you want without fear of prosecution? So if she says "Yeah, I admit it, I rigged the whole thing" she doesn't have to stand down.?

My, that would be a deathblow to the war on terror now wouldn't it?
