Very interesting - good to see the courts are backing up the regulation of the sex industry over there.

Well...technically you could view it as a verbal contract. Sex with sex workers generally involves condoms....ermmm...not that I would know of course...

In pretty much all western countries, you would expect sex with a prostitute to involve a condom. There is definately an argument that that is an 'unwritten contract'.

But hey, tman, do you draw up a contract every time you have sex? Just curious!

Evene those in the sex industry deserve a little protection. If this were to go on with out notice, it could become more of a common practice among the Johns of New Zeland.
