No but they do have water control agents (or whatever they're called). Who, with help from "annonymous tipsters", patrol neighborhoods looking for excessive use of water on spinkler systems, car washing... Honestly, I should've paid more attention to this when I heard it on the radio. But it's being done in Los Angeles.

ahh well, You can understand a place like LA, who gets a lot of its water thanks to Colorado. could implement such a policing.

Finally after Colorado had some incredible droughts and water restrictions in 2002, meanwhile you have retards in LA taking 30 minute showers.

I dont see what the big deal is. Electricity is a service provided to us by the government so why shouldn't they be able to control how its used to a reasonable extent? Its cheaper, more efficient, and doesn't require a drastic change. Is it really going to change you for the rest of your life if you go to the store and buy a different bulb instead of the one you've been using? I didn't realize people were that attatched to their appliances and utilities. But don't worry, the emotional damage will heal, I promise.
