If memory serves, the Bush administration was asked for information they may have on this situation and refused to release any.
While I don't think Bush had ANY inmvolvement in this I wonder just how high this DOES go?

I think it goes quite a bit further up than the army will ever admit. What would admitting intentional fratricide do to the morale of the troops still in combat situations?
