Here comes Clinton and Obama too

Hillary Clinton: 'I'm in' 2008 White House race - CNN.com
Quote:
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sen. Hillary Clinton jumped into the fray as a 2008 presidential candidate with the words "I'm in" posted on her Web site.

"And I'm in to win," she added in a statement, announcing she has set up an exploratory committee that can gauge opinions and raise money for a presidential campaign.

Now for the part that excites me most...

Obama to form panel to explore presidential bid - CNN.com

Quote:
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- U.S. Sen. Barack Obama said Tuesday he is taking a first step toward running for president next year.

"I will be filing papers today to create a presidential exploratory committee," the Illinois Democrat said, adding that he will announce his final decision February 10 from his hometown of Chicago

2008 will be an interesting one, better yet, I will be allowed to vote!

Hillary is a documented, lying, corrupt and ill motived canidate who is the worse half of a previously corrupt President.

“The American people are tired of liars and people who pretend to be something they're not.”
-Hillary Clinton, 1992 60 Minutes interview

“It is important that you do not say that you [are] calling because the campaign asked you to, but because you are outraged with what was said about her.”
-campaign aide to Hillary Clinton, in a ca. 2000-Jul-19 bulk email asking the candidate's supporters to protest allegations that Clinton had once used the phrase “fucking Jew bastard” in anger

Hillary is by no means Presidential material, nor does she have the history, the knowledge or the class to represent this nation in that position.

What has she done "for the American people" in her current position? Oh, thats right, further disenfranchised them, while giving little if any support of them or their rights.

Some of Hillarys votes?
Project Vote Smart - Senator Clinton - Voting Record

Notice her voting record, ESPECIALLY in the economics area.

Obama has so little experience, its hard to say much except about what is said by what party he has chosen to represent.

Here is Obamas current voting record.
Project Vote Smart - Senator Obama - Voting Record

Neither, I think, has the voice for change back to justice as America is in desperate need of.

Where do these two canidates stand on auditing the Federal Reserve?
Where do these two canidates stand on taxation issues?
Where do these two canidates stand on border issues?
Where do these two canidates stand on individual rights issues?

I could go on, but hopefully the links above will help to shine some light in the darkness.

In other words, "In it to win" as long as the exploratory committee and wind blows in the right direction... this is sickening.

I'd like to thank Charlie Hodge, bringing me scarves and water.

I guess we'll just have to see what happens. I seem to remember Howard Dean hailed as the front runner for the democrats prior to the 04 election and John Kerry seen as a joke. That obviously changed significantly.

i think her voting record is a lot better than many of the other people "exploring" right now.. but that said, she's synonymous with corruption imo, and i don't trust her or believe in her enough to want her to represent me and/or the country...

great for all of these people that they're filing - not that i'm planning on voting for any of them..

hope for america...

What weight does Louisiana swing? I see the Republicans have done their best to sew that one up by "evacuating" Democrat voters en masse out of state -- and keeping them there.

So who "likes" Hillary, the calculating bitch? Instead y'all be lumbered with another halfwit rightwinger. Good luck!

Ah, interesting plan. No wonder Bush hired scientists to create the Hurricane Maker.

Still, if that was the underlying motivation in the evacuation, then they're truly corrupt.

It's always a decision between the lesser of two evils, I suppose.

That's funny. Then again, perhaps I should allude the South Park episode where the only 9/11 conspiracy was that the U.S. government made all the other conspiracy theories in order to make it look smart.

Naw, Boy George's handler (I think the dude's name is Cheney) has merely made the best of a big mess. It's an ill wind that blows no one any good.

Democracy is a prelude to failure, and we are nearin that level of democracy.
We were not designed as a democracy, but a "Constitutionally Limited, Democratic Representative Republic." Those definitions do not interchange, and the simple fact that all the democrips and rebloodlicans use the word interchangably, should convince educated people to vote them out, out of all positions of power.

Hillary couldn't figure out her own husband was cheating, or was apathetic.

Either way, does she deserve to represent this nation?

Regardless of the religious mantra involved in marriage, is not still a binding contract, as viewed by the law and all people who partake?

He remained a joke too. The dems had a pretty decent opportunity to take the presidency if they could only field a half decent candidate, but Kerry was a flop.

You're wrong there: LA doesn't have a whole lot of say in the electoral college. And most Texans I've talked to, especially in Houston, could do without the drastic increase in crime. They would much rather the refugees be able to go home.

I'd vote for Obama, but not hilary, unless the republicans come up with someone fast. by the way, I know this is off topic, but what does everybody think of Mitt Romney? I want to hear from people outside massachusetts on this, as I don't really know how he's seen outside the state.

Mitt Romney....a conservative Morman who is trying to win Conservative Protestant Evangelical America

I dont care how right-wing he is, if he wants to win he wont get the support he needs from the conservative base because all negative ads will project him as a Morman freak trying to destroy the Protestant base.

Sorry Romney, but your a carp swimming up the Niagra falls....though don't worry, I'm not exactly weeping over it.

Yeah, I seem to remember a debate before the Iowa caucus where he couldn't be bothered to actually show up so he appeared on not-so-closed (term escapes me at the moment) TV. As much as I disagree with Dean and dislike his attitude, at least I didn't get the sense he was fake like I got from Kerry. I can respect conviction even if I don't agree with it.

Even his immortalized cheer was more real than anything we saw from Kerry. He obviously got carried away but at least when someone does something embarrassing like that it demonstrates that the whole thing isn't a show for them. You have to get emotional in order to let your emotions get away from you.

I'm not necessarily talking electoral college when I say "swinging weight". A Senate seat more or less can make all the difference these days.
