This is immigration reform at its finest. We should follow the French lead in this and encourage the brain drain, with limiting the less desirables from entering and obtaining citizenship.

Hey, I thought it was America who is the haven for the persecuted.

I see nothing seriously wrong with the bill. How on earth can it be said to encourage xenophobia?
