| Molten Ash Posts: 86 | How about the rest of the story? The charge will be dropped and it was a compromise to a 4 year long case. The libs cannot compete with Rush on the radio so they had a Dem prosecutor try to gret him on phomy charges Vote Democrat - It Is Easier Then Working |

In his words, he is a criminal who should be locked up and thrown in jail. Stop being a willfully ignorant sheep.

| Navy Veteran Location: Texas Posts: 6,031 | Man you guys amuse me. YES Rush was addicted to Oxycotin. He wasn't ARRESTED, that's the ddrive by media for you. Spin and hype. The prosecutor hadn't a case against him, but after 4 years wasn't goingg to let go without something. So Rush showed up, ON HIS FREAKING OWN, entered a not guilty and walked away. If he were guilty, they would have had him in cuffs and NOT accepted the not guilty plea, and you guys know it. But hey, if it makes you feel good to lie, even to yourself.... go for it. Einstein's "Theory of Relativity" is still being challenged to this day, but by consensus Global Warming is a fact... that's REAL science at work, why didn't Albert just go that route? |

| Hot Lava Posts: 1,227 | The fact is Rush did go to several doctors at the same time. Rush also fought every inch of the way to keep this fact out of the court room. He didn't deny the fact, he just wants to keep it out of the court room under the physician client privacy argument. Rush like any criminal is fighting on legal technicality. The crime he did, it's the evidence he fighting to keep out of the court room. What amazes me is how you dittowads can play legal technicality with Rush, yet get angry about judges letting criminals off on legal technicality. Rush and his dittowads hypocrites all day, every day. |

| Molten Ash Posts: 86 | Once again, the libs have to try and find some way to silence Rush. They cannot compete with him on the radio or in the free market. They cannot find anyone on the left who can be a successful as he is on the radio. They had a politiacl hack try and go after him. There was no arrest - the charges are dropped The left has failed again - nothing new Vote Democrat - It Is Easier Then Working |

| It's simply logical Location: San Diego Posts: 4,333 | . Ah yes, silly us. Limbaugh wasn't actually arrested, as in put in handcuffs and put in the slammer. Rather, "Limbaugh surrendered to authorities Friday on a charge of committing fraud to obtain prescription drugs, concluding an investigation that for more than two years has hovered over the law-and-order conservative." "Limbaugh, accompanied by Black, turned himself in about 4 p.m. Friday, was fingerprinted, photographed and released," And by golly, "the charge will be dropped in 18 months, said his attorney, Roy Black, provided that Limbaugh continues treatment for drug addiction, as he has for 2 1/2 years. According to an agreement with the Palm Beach County state's attorney's office, Limbaugh also must pay $30,000 to defray the costs of the investigation, as well as $30 a month for his supervision." Apparently this is "standard for first-time offenders who admit their addiction." Rush Limbaugh Turns Himself In On Fraud Charge In Rx Drug Probe Lovely little technicalities. Amazing how forgiving and... well, ... "liberal" you folks become when the very crimes you rail against so loudly are committed by one of your own. Quote:
Go ahead, tell us how this is "completely different". (Other than Limbaugh's problems were the result of an actual, legitimate police investigation - doh!) Welcome to the world you proud conservatives created. I hope you choke on it. . I don't suffer from insanity... I thoroughly enjoy it
