There is a subcultural phenomena growing-up and joining forces with WikiLeaks and its called "Anonymous" protest.
This group is currently beginning to gain momentum and is quickly becoming a viable, although somewhat radical in nature, nonetheless a viable and formidable activist network.
The question is whether it will always be considered safe to protest without cloaking
