Bond rotation barrier in ethane comes from steric bulk (Steric effects - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). In other words, there are generally two conformations accessible to ethane - eclipsed (wherein the hydrogen atoms attached to each carbonyl are 'lined up' with each other in a Newman projection) and gauche - or staggered - (wherein the hydrogen atoms are as far apart as possible in a Newman projection).

The eclipsed conformation leads to overlap of the electron clouds (sp3 hybridized orbitals on each carbon atom) being closer to one another. Due to the negatively charged nature of electrons, this conformation is energetically less favorable than when they are as far apart as possible (the gauche conformation). Hence the barrier to bond rotation.

Oh yes, that reminds me of another idea i had a while ago. For cholesterol, you would inject stomach acids into the blood, and that would eat all the 'junk' in clogged arteries around the body.

Might help the symptoms because of the other benefits of lemon juice(there are alot) but I don't think it would do much to detriment the pathophysiology of Sarcoid. Your blood has buffers in it to prevent acidity and keep it at around 7.4 pH. If ingesting acids alone were to heal you of sarcoid, then your stomach would do a fine job as it has a lower pH acidity than lemon juice.

Lemon juice ingested is quite alright but injected I would imagine would not be good for your body over time.

I can kind of see what you're implying but all of this is unsafe and I don't recommend it. Sarcoidosis usually goes away without treatment. Should it get serious, corticosteroids are used. Adrenaline should never be used. Yes, the disease causes a loss of norepinephrine(adrenaline) but that doesn't mean you should inject it to better your symptoms. It likely wouldn't do anything but interfere with anesthetics, should you need them.

My advice: Go to your doctor if you're ill. Don't get creative with adrenaline and lemons.

Seeing as how all things can be simulated in esp, it would be okay to consult a mystic at no fee to ask them questions about the future, a clone of course.

If you were to hypnotise someone completely from esp, you need to get inside thier heads. To do this you need to picture them and thier nervous system regulating the body, then change the nervous system by thinking what you want the other person to think. This could be done with connecting your brain to thier brain and nervous system and then try to make them do things, or plot a course for them. If the strings can suggest a weaker signal, then the mind needs to create a stronger signal.

This could be done by concentrating, or, hitting thier signal off with some technical thinking. If you were to picture it like a bomb disposal person, you need to cut all the wires from thier brain and insert your own.

If you can read minds and make spells work in esp, then how about making money for yourself? You could hack the bank in esp and increaase your monetary funds, maybe?

If you can generate real sounds through esp, then you should also be able to push buttons on the banks exchange thingy.

But back to esp hypnosis, which i don't think is quite working yet. Maybe the person should actually speak to the person, maybe like you make esp sounds come real, you should make the esp visuals come real?

Maybe the best way to do this is to use a voodoo doll? Hold the doll in your hands and strike at it's body to harm the person. Of course this is black magic, and I understand that nobody will share the view that this is bad, but, if you were to have a doll of a person, and thinkof them, then you could make them sleep if they are young or stop smoking, for one use. I am sure that nobody will harm other people... maybe there needs to be a 'doll police'?
