I dont know what this book is called and what it consists of but I know that the author is supposed to show how such well-publicized plots as the "underwear bomber" and printer cartridge bombs achieved their primary goals, despite being foiled.
What do you suppose the author means and will say?
Do you think that such foiled plots have too much attention payed to them? Does it create further fear or more confidence in America's security system?
