Great! If one example is enough to convince you of this, than we should all give up on any form of government, because my government is hurting, and killing people. Then we will have to give up guns, because guns kill, and maim. Windows would be next, because people can be pushed out of windows. Finally, I think we should all give up our jobs, because people can be hurt, or even killed on the job.
Yeah, that would make the world so much nicer to live in.
