Race was never meant to mean "genus" which you imply. Race is simply a 'species' that has adapted to a different environment, or even the same environment from a different starting point. A Toy Poodle can breed with a Great Dane, they are different species of dogs. A word is defined by use, not the other way around. Trying to make it go away by claiming the word does not exist is like closing your eyes so that nobody can find you. |
