The courts you find displeasure with now are all Uniform Commercial Code jurisdictions because of the incorporation of those jurisdictions. You can recognize them because they are all in capital letters. such as UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, LOUISIANA STATE POLICE, 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT. These are all corporations. These UCC courts assume when you respond to thier summons that you appear as a part of the corporation. Look at your drivers license. JOE BLOW. The name in all capital letters is a legal fiction when in fact you are Joe Blow. Joe Blow is a flesh and blood living person. The legal fiction JOE BLOW, a corporate legal fiction and JOE BLOW does not exist.

Corporations are just an idea in the mind of a group of men and do not physically exist. Since it does not exist physically, it cannot have physical damage. To file any charge against you there must somehow be a complaint filed with the court. The officer who wrote the ticket belongs to a corporation. Unless he has sustained damage he cannot be a complainant. But, He may be a witness.. The officer is usually ignorant in the law and just following orders. He is easy to discredit in court as a witness. Unelss the UCC court has a complaint from a legit complainant, it has no cause to prosecute. Since the corporate UCC is Maritime or Merchant law it's jurisdiction is solely involved in acts of commerse. It illegally oversteps it's jurisdiction by not informing the sovereign of the distinction betweem the legal fiction of JOE BLOW, and the flesh and blood Joe Blow a Constitutional Common Law sovereign of his state. Joe Blow may retain his Constitution rights before a UCC court by notification to the court of UCC 1-207. This is the problem. The courts are near ignorant of these laws and jurisdictions. It does not practice law but merely practices "court". For the UCC courts to acknowledge your Constitutional rights is equivelant to brreaking thier own rice bowl because a Common Law court does not need attorneys and the judge plays an insignificant role in the process. In Common Law the jury is the prosecutor and the defender and simply instructs the judge on what action to take in it's decision.
