This is more about the impletion of laws. Over the principle of justice.

Why is it inappropriate to hold the same sentence for a high school freshman who works at McDonalds to the same standards as a Beverly Hills attorney?

The laws and justice today. See race and sex as being equal, in the eyes of the law. So why are these laws not being enforced?
