| The disgusting part of this affair is that not one officer has been brought up on any kind of substantial charges in this matter. Those NCOs were not loose cannons, they were acting on behalf of their higher ups (who never put their orders into writing... they learned that much from the Nazis). The few officers who were charged got a slap on the wrist and were sent on their happy way. Granier is no saint but he is not the devil here either. Special Ops has a lot to answer for and they won't say a word either. The wrong guy is being hung out to dry. There are many more in the woodwork. |
