You have already said that even though we must say Justice is about treating people Equally, in order for it to work, we must ignore this principle. Young people must be treated differently from old people, cunning, premeditated people must be treated differently than people who do things in the heat of passion, who are treated differently than people who do things by accident, who are treated differently than people who do things because they have Down's Syndrome and dont know the difference. Restrictions have to be placed based on age and intelligence and maturity.

That is all about Inequality. True justice is about giving people what is proper to their nature. For example, people breathe a sigh of relief and say, "He got what was coming to him," when vile and harmful and wicked people are killed or harmed. They are satisfied because a wicked nature was treated as a wicked nature.
