I maintain you cannot accurately and fairly grade teachers when society itself as well as the parents are working against them.
A science teacer went to college to teach science. He didn't go to teach reading, morality, hygiene, a work ethic and discipline. And he CERTAINLY didn't get a masters on psychology on the side.
Not a day goes by that I don't see something that reinforces my belief that people are idiots. |
