As for sexual organs, well this is a guess but...
Large breasts signify a healthy female, which means more sex, which means big breast genes go on. It's probably, like hair, dependant on our diet changes too. I doubt many creatures consume the fat content we do, and in order to attract a partner, the body put's the fat on the breasts and hips.
