The reproduction argument is always lost on me. Homosexuals seek love and sex outside of reproduction. The emotion of love is something we do experience, so it isn't just "to reproduce" because love exists outside of sex, and sex outside of love. I think love is a social attraction designed to complete us as people. I don't mean this in the sense of we are only half a human, but in that love allows you to exist freely with one or more people completely unrestrained when everyone else you meet you have to drop some of your poorer traits and stretch better ones.
