Do you have a link for that? I did just read an article about it, but I was under the impression they had to sign a waiver, a promise not to sue, before they could get any money.
I guess they could still donate to Ellen Mariani's law suit. Clever. They just cant be named as plaintiffs.
They still might get in trouble depending on the wording of the waiver.
