I dont understand why the challenger must pay for a recount. If he provides adequate evidence of foul play, then its the States employees who should be penalized and not the victim. Or whoever signed the contract with Diebold and arranged the fix. Republican Party? Thats the ticket.........send the bill $80 K to Dumbya, hes rich. Besides arent the Repugs major contributors to Nader for President ? If thats the case I think Bush should be glad to help Nader out just one more time.
