Compared to Bush, the Dems DID give us a candidate we could fight for. Whether FOR Kerry or AGAINST Bush the effect was the same. In effect, the
Republican Party gave us a Democratic candidate we could fight for.Kerry's defeat was in large part because of all the smears against him.
When Cheney said we would probably be attacked if we elected Kerry, the idiot sheep listened. When the Swift Boat Traitors for Truth spread the most foul lies about the man, the idiot sheep listened. When the lies and scare tactics were exposed for what they were, the idiot sheep DIDN'T listen, because they felt they had heard all they needed to hear.
