| i propose a company salary limit that says the highest paid leader may only be paid 100X as much as the average worker. this might limit the income of the managers to only a few million dollars. this would still allow plenty of room for 'reward' and 'incentive', but also chop off quite a lot of excess and help companies and the economy run more efficiently.
this model would also immediately update for inflation. laws like this are in effect in other areas of the world. 100X is a very generous figure. |
