I agree. The other day however I met this really interesting girl. I was in my Astronomy class ignoring the teacher and reading Milan Kundera's The Book of Laughter and Forgetting. I was so inspired at one point I tried to explain a part of the book to a gentlemen I sit next to frequently. Once I started explaining it, I realized I had neither the time nor the appropriate audience to really express the books meaning, so what came off what a weird sentence referring to a scene in which Kundera's favorite character in the book is being molested by children. Now, that scene is not what you think it is based on that sentence, though that is precisely how you would be able to describe it in one sentence. A girl overheard me and came up to me later. She said she has a hard time finding intelligent people to talk with, which I sympathized with her about as I most certainly agree. She was cute, but didn't want to seem too forthright so she didn't give me her phone number, just her AIM screen name, which I thought was weird. She told me her name as well, Abby; and for anyone who knows me they know remembering names is not something I put effort into. But for some reason I repeated her name over and over again in my head so I wouldn't forget. Then we met up online a few days later and had a wonderful conversation in which, to my surprise, I realized I might have just met an attractive and amazingly intelligent woman.
