Also, I do agree that food is a better alternative than to hand out cash. Give them food, a blanket, a pillow, a new suit, shampoo, ect. Give out "goody bags" instead of money, likely used by mentally ill people to buy drugs to kill their mad feelings. These people should be housed, at your expense since they make you feel "unsafe" |
