I won't press the point, but I am pretty sure that saying 'It is true' that 'truth is not universal' or 'it is unchangingly true that truth is always changing' amounts to a self-referential paradox. It IS self-contradictory and is NOT Rorty's position, which amounts to a version of pragmatism and fallibilism -- at least as I understand it.
