| Even the wealthy leaders have to be smart. They may not have the tough and hard life you had but they are still infact smart. There are subsections though too.
Rich people who are not smart but can pay for tutors.....a poor person who needs help to study may not be able to pay for a tutor.
Education is the race and no, everybody is not allowed to join it. Just like how every runner is not allowed to join the olympics.
