| Somehow I'm not sure the DPRK (thats North Korea) even has the ability to nuke anyone, much less cause World War 3.
The entire world, even China, has gone against the DPRK's nuclear program, so unless the DPRK decides suicide is the way to go, I doubt they will do anything.
A lot of it is simple stirring by the media...a bit like the American media causing the American-Spanish war over Cuba. Take it lightly.
