I do not know the statistics as far as uni lecturers. I had not heard of any problems regarding females, though.
I think now that females are encouraged to enter the science and math arena, they will do just as well. There are many male literary masters too. I do agree that the different genders do have their advantages. |
I believe that in an archaic world, men are superior to women because "some" of them possess that dynamic combo of testosterone and brilliance.
Women can be brilliant but their approach is more viable in a highly evolved society. When it comes down to numbers, there are just as many women I have admired for thier roles in society as men. That does not mean that there are many women I have admired, it means few men can take the pedestal, in spite of being men.
