This war's costs were grossly understated throughout its history. They didn't even include most of it in the annual budgets. This lunatic war cost 20 to 40 times what those jacka$$e$ were predicting. Parsing words will not change those facts.. Mr Wolfowitz, who later indicated the real reason for the war was oil was predicting oil revenues would take care of everything afterwards. At this point, I'd be happy to write off the first $100 Billion and find a source to pay for the other $2.9 Trillion.. |
