Sure Mia,
1) Right click on pic
2) Choose "Save picture as"
3) Save it on your desktop (or somewhere you will remember)
4) If you dont already have a Image Host, go here:
http://www.imageshack.us/
5) Follow their directions (very EZ, but let me know if you need help)
6) Once you have image hosted click on "My Images"
7) Find your pic click "get code"
8) Click on the top row of codes where it says "copy URL"
9) come back here and right click in reply window
10) choose paste
11) click "preview post" to view your pic
