For all things propagation of humanity, wars intolerance the answer has been with you since the time of Jesus Christ. The reason it has not worked yet is because people have not worked at it yet.
Quantum entanglement now proven over eleven kilometers is an indication of something in nature with tachyon like property. Tachyons mean a deterministic state. All time frames reference each other all things potentially knowable. Humans are safe from such knowledge because they lack the capacity to understand or communicate in the present.
A deterministic state simply means the knowledge and the number 666 is known through all time. Have a really good look at the CERN logo.
