You all see too many movies. Campus scenes show all these beautiful people. If you see a fat/ugly person, you can pretty much bet they are an active character cast as a fat/ugly comedy relief.
Other public scenes, like malls and restaurants etc. are noticibly lacking those obnoxious kids who's parents let them run wild and the elderly.
Sort of gives us unrealistic expectations eh?
I went to a nude beach in Martinique once. Most of the population was saggy and sad to look upon. Probly there hoping to see others very unlike themselves.
