Such good news is like what we got at the gas pumps.

First gas cost about 98 cents.

Then it went up to about 250 per gal.

Now it dropped back to 199 per gal and everyone says "good news, cheaper gas at the pumps".

Yeah, but still not as cheap as before.

So they might have restored a few things in Iraq, but things are still not even close to how it was before Bush cluster bombed Bagdad just for TV showing of "shock and awe".
