Very interesting indeed! It reads as though the IOC is behaving like a bully, although the rules and regulations put in place by the IOC is (undoubtedly) to ensure that Olympic fraud doesn't occur. Like, for example, underage competitors winning medals in -- oh, let's say -- woman's gymnastics.

Like most large infrastructures, it appears that the IOC appears to be swarmed in pencil-pushing paperwork and politics.
