| Look, sunshine, my stepsister (for example) is one of what I would call America's working poor. So is her husband. Man, they hustle the live-long day. But they're poor. They certainly can't afford medical care. Dentistry is a remote luxury, as their teeth -- or what's left of them -- attest.
Their friends are no different.
