Again, I will point out that the Stern report (by a former Chief Economist and Senior Vice-President World bank) states that we may see a 20% reduction in world economy unless we use 1% GDP per year to act on climate change.

So what I find curious is that even with a high level Economist telling you that it's better to act now than later, even with the uncertainty, that you're still willing to take the risk and ignore the warnings?
