| Saddam, I am sure, had many weapons of chemical or biological nature, which he purchased the technology, or cultures from US. He then used some of these on his own people, as well as attempted to stockpile some for LOCAL use. He had no means, no ability to create, maintain, or ensure future use of these weapons, as he was being watched by every satellite that passed by, every plane the flew over, every spy, every U.S. envoy, aid or official, every ally of the U.S. or the United Nations, and STILL BUSH MADE THIS CLAIM, contrary to evidence that was newer, more reliable, and identified at the time as BEING SUCH.
He did have weapons of chemical biological nature, but NEVER enough to be remotely called an IMMINENT THREAT to anyone outside Iraq or its surrounding countries.
