While I find his behavior deplorable and unbecoming a member of the military, I find it equally disturbing that the military is most upset about the attention the incident received. It's like they're saying, "
hey, we don't care what you throw off cliffs, puppies, Iraqis, whatever, but don't film yourself doing it...don't leave a record". They should have disciplined him for conduct unbecoming a member of the military and committing an inhumane act. Not for being a public relations liability.
