And George "Chicken Talk" Bush has always been in a win-win position re 911. If there's no "homeland attack" he can say "See? No homeland attack. Am I cool or what?" If there is an attack, he can say "See? What'd I tell ya? Better redouble the military budget!"
Anyway, there was an attack -- on 911. The Bush administration -- despite demonstrated warnings from surrender monkeys such as French intelligence -- was caught with its pathetic pants down.
