You are mixing between what you know about the corrupted laws of jewism and christanity and the pure Law of God Islam.
The basic law in Islam is :
Dont do aggression to others. Quraan
Dont attack others who dont attack you. Quraan
God made you (people on earth) tribes and nations to acknowledge each other ( and live with each other) Quraan
Forgiveness is prefered than revenge. Quraan.
In the time of the war : The prophet said:
Dont kill a woman, child, old man,and injured man in the battle
Dont cut a tree or distroy a hermitage
The purpose of the battle is not to kill but to awe to win.( If you can win without killing your enemy then dont kill)
The purpose of creating Adam to live on earth is to build the earth.(Qoraan)
The worest thing in Islam is to destroy the earth whom God created in a beutiful way
As a result murderers are punnished with death penelty to stop others from doing crimes.
