In my humble opinion Hillary will definitely break her promises and stay. She's a known variable; after her years as a senator we all know exactly how corrupt she is and have a pretty good idea of what sort of things she will and won't do.
Obama is an unknown. We have no idea what his level of corruption is because he's never been caught; either he's a smart crook or just mostly honest. Its not foolish to hope that he really will leave Iraq.
