| If unwanted pregnancy and the spread of STDs need to be confronted in a more concerted and pragmatic way, isn’t the use of punitive measures against young people going the discourage them from seeking help and advice on these issues if doing so is going to place them at risk of prosecution and of those giving help and advice could it not be seen as an act of incitement and place them at risk of prosecution.
If there were in the world today any large number of people who desired their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we could have paradise in a few years.
