If I understand your post correctly, and I'm not sure I do by any means, I pretty sure you're wrong. A while back I remember two guys had an agreement that one would kill the other and then eat him. I'm serious, and to make it worse they agreed to start in a certain manner so they could eat a certain private part first: together. (Yes, they were seriously sick in the head.) The agreement they made didn't matter; legally: he still went to jail. (Who wants someone like that around? I'm not sure it's right to pawn him off on most prisoners.
