| *shrugs* Italy has only been a united kingdom since 1870. Or thereabouts. And there has always been a huge divide economically & socially between north & south, which hasn't altered significantly whilst the country has been unified. Plus Berlusconi is pandering to the Northern League, who he's in coalition with, I believe.
Other coutries, not so much.
I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.
