WRONG!! It is the belief in the truth of belief, miracles, and the holy spirit! It isn't belief, miracles and the holy spirit that make it true!
|
That is simply too bad.

How many times do we have to say it? Maybe FOR YOU, but in debate, you cannot use that as an argument. Understand? If you cannot offer anything else, please, do not debate. For arguments like that are simply pathetic and contribute nothing. Thank you.

That is too bad. Sorry. It contributes infinitely - although you may not believe it, that is simply too bad.

Actually, even Biblical scholars recognize that much of the Bible is mythology, or moral stories meant to teach a lesson. The Jewish people have always known that the stories of Jonah and Job are just stories, not history.
|
First of all, mythology is demonic. It does, though, include "lessons" to assist in making a point. Jews and Christians are completely different.

I wasn't talking about truth, just what is true. Science doesn't deal with truth.

But your "evidence" and statements aren't true.

Good answer! Deny making silly assertions with a silly assertion. Of course, what else can you do but make silly assertions when you are asked for evidence?
|
There is no need for your fake "evidence."
Quote:
So my wrong? What about my wrong? What wrong was that? Moreover, what truth is it that has already been stated?
By the way, that was kind of my point. Why would your little god lie by fabricating the evidence that perfectly imitates what the fossil record would look like if evolution and common descent were true? Why would he place the evidence to lead people astray and then punish them forever if they follow that evidence? To believe that would mean that god is even more petty, cruel, and vindictive than the christians tell us he is. Besides, from a realistic point, why should we invent a magical being for which there is no evidence when naturalistic explanations are quite sufficient to explain nature.
|
Again, you are completely off. Despite your continual belief that my evidence is nothing in comparative alignment to science, there is no need. God IS INFINITELY GREATER.

I didn't mention truth. You did. You claimed to know it even though you can't even tell us why or what it is. I did mention evidence since I don't see any reason why I should believe you or anyone else about a book that is quite plainly mythology. There is no such thing as absolute belief.
|
Of course there is such thing as Absolute Belief. We can not understand God though.
Quote:
The problem is, though it may be the truth, you fail to convince us that it is, one of your duties as a Christian.
Show us this Truth. Show us what you're thinking.

You cannot understand God. As well, your "evidence" is not even remotely close to the Truth.

Evidence that the world wasn't created in six days is imperfect?

OF COURSE!!! It is human false thought.
