I've had plenty, as has one of my sisters.
Shes seen them clearer than me.
I usually get just glimpses of them out of the corners of my eyes, cold chills when they come near me, all my hair rises even on my head a bit, and there is just an overwhelming feeling that there is something else in the room with you.
Also I used to get a lot of feelings of paralysis, this usually happened straight after an incredibly bad dream, and I would wake up but not be able to open my eyes, my whole body was frozen with a great feeling of pressure on it, I could not even breath.
It would usually take at most about 20 seconds to shake it off, then I could open my eyes and get up.

This has died down now to only once every few months at most.
Now even when I'm awake I get the feelings of something moving on me, its hard to explain, you can feel your clothes being pulled very slowly and softly, and with blankets too, or pressure suddenly falling on a place of your body somewhere, like something has rested its hand there.
Also strange flashed of lights briefly in the corner of my eyesight as well, and sudden shadowy movements.

I have been living with this for over twenty years, and I guess I've gotten used to it now.
Other weird things, are doors slamming with no reason to slam, no wind, lights suddenly coming on or going off (that gets me the most) Once just after finishing a shower, I was coming out of the bathroom to turn into my bedroom, when the door just slammed hard in my face, missing my nose by a few cms.
I opened the door a bit cautiously, and although the window was slightly open, it had been a clear morning with no wind.

Lately the door to my room has been getting pushed at times, and sometimes will open slightly, although when it opens the door handle does not move, despite knowing it had been firmly shut, so I can only gather that it presses in the tumbler in the barrel mechanism inside the door to allow the door to swing open without using the handle.

The biggest scare I had lately, was waking up to briefly see a man near the door with a moustache and big frowning eyes staring at me for a split second, that really made me yell, I jumped straight out of bed at him but he vanished as soon as I moved.
Years ago I would be harassed by this thing or things daily for ages in little ways, like the weird dreams that felt as if they were coming from somewhere else not me, the following bouts of paralysis, the strange feelings of being watched, of something being near you.

I would also oddly enough hear faint music during my dreams just before the paralysis, after a while I was also able to distinguish between these bad dreams and other bad dreams I would usually have. There was some strange feeling about them, especially how evil they were, that would send warnings to me to try and wake up before the paralysis hit, which at times was just downright terrifying as I could feel my neck being gripped hard on occasions as I awoke, or the strange feeling of falling out of bed or spinning in a circle slowly but twisting as well, while paralysed.

Every muscle in you is frozen and it takes a great struggle to find the connections to even move your eyelids so you can see, you feel like you are in a tractor beam, just an over whelming feeling of complete powerlessness.

You are briefly awake and conscious but you cant move breathe or open your eyes.
But if I moved away, especially far away, it wouldn't bother me for months, then suddenly it would arrive, like aha here you are, like it had lost me and had been trying to track me down for ages.
I have discussed these experiences with a doctor once, he told me this was a common occurrence named 'sleep paralysis' that its a mental condition, not supernatural.
I mentioned all the other stuff as well, but he no answer.

This thing as soon as it enters the room I'm in, I know its there, my body freaks out with all the warning tingles cold chills etc and as soon as its gone I know instantly it has as well.
I get the chills etc when I am at the computer sometimes day or night, but the worst one was a few months ago when I could definitely feel a presence very close, at my right shoulder.
It stayed for about ten fifteen seconds and then moved away somewhere.
